The Kristin Linklater Voice Centre provides a wide range of workshops in voice development.
Voice Development Workshops
Voice development workshops offer introductory levels of voice work through to text work, verse-speaking and Shakespeare. We also organise specialised workshops for theatre and corporate groups.
The Introductory Linklater Voice workshop is open to all and is where you will begin your Linklater Voice journey. We invite you to join us and you are welcome to book now.
All additional workshops require an understanding of the Linklater Voice method and therefore have prerequisites. Please be sure you are eligible before you apply, if in doubt email booking@linklatervoice.com and we can help.
Your place will be confirmed by email once your booking is received. Please ensure you add booking@linklatervoice.com to your list of preferred senders so that you receive all emails and booking confirmations.
Residential workshops at the Centre are fully residential offerings only. No camping facilities are available. The residential experience at the Centre is based on the participants learning, sharing, creating, and working individually and collectively.
The Fran Bennett Scholarship provides financial support to students primarily of colour to attend Linklater Voice Method residential workshops at the Kristin Linklater Voice Centre in Orkney. Submission dates are at the end of each calendar quarter (ie: 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December). Please email grants@klvf.org for the application pack.
Early bird places for each workshop are available. Once those places are filled, the price will revert back to our normal per workshop price.
